How the wallet works
We suggest to always download the latest version of the app to benefit from the newest updates. 
When a sale is made, you are immediately notified by e-mail and/or notification of the event and the profit of your sale.
The earnings are added to your "wallet" in the application (in Account then Manage your wallet). This wallet gives you total control over your earnings, with a complete history of your transfers and real-time tracking.
Thanks to this wallet, you will soon be able to use your winnings to take advantage of various advantageous offers, on our online store and with our partners. For the moment, only the transfer to your bank account is available.



Bank transfer
From your wallet, you can make transfers directly to your bank account. Transfer requests are processed within a few days and you receive the money in your account. You can add your bank information directly from the app by clicking on Transfer to your bank. Please make sure your details are correct. 
We need the full name of the account holder, the IBAN and BIC or SWIFT code (which you can find on your bank details) to issue the transfer.
If you have entered an English bank account (mainly Revolut) we will not be able to make transactions to these accounts. Indeed, since the Brexit, English accounts are no longer part of the SEPA zone.



Frequently asked questions:


I have requested a transfer from my wallet but I have not received it, what should I do?
It usually takes 3 to 5 business days (i.e. excluding weekends and public holidays) for the transfer to appear in your bank account. If the transfer does not appear after 7 working days, do not hesitate to contact us so that we can find a solution together. For this, we need the e-mail address associated with the account.
